In San Diego the real estate market right now is pretty shitty. People cant make their mortgage payment with their 0% down loan and then they loose their house to the bank. And I wonder why they loose their house? I mean a 0% loan sounds like a good idea. Seriously go drive around and notice all the houses for sale. There is one bright side to this though…….more pools!

So you might be wondering whats with the title of this? 7 burritos for a disaster? Here’s an explanation: Davey Rockit was thinking he might be able to do a disaster in this pool. After I witnessed a few half ass attempts I offered Davey 7 burritos if he could really do it. Being the photo jock I am and all, I knew this would be great motivation for Davey since I know how much he loves to eat…..  As I suspected he got excited about the burrito bribe and his eyes lit up. Instantly and with no hesitation he threw a disaster up there over the fat anthony coping. I almost shit myself thinking he was gonna pull it. I might actually have to fork out the cash for 7 burritos? Well, I dont know if you would call it bad luck or good luck but it started to rain and Davey didn’t get his 7 burritos for the disaster. But the offer still stands…..
