After a night of camping we decided to head over to Marginal Way to skate for the day. You might be wondering what’s Marginal Way? If you don’t know its a D.I.Y skate park built in Seattle, Washington. Instead of getting frustrated with their scene, Seattle loc’s got motivated and took shit into their own hands and started building a place they could call their own. Like the bridge parks before hand, they scoped an area that wasn’t going to be missed by anyone but tweekers and bums and took the zone over. What started in October 2004 has came a long way. When I first went here In 04′ I thought great another shitty too much flat ground 1/4 pipe park. Then as a few years have passed the place has started to take shape. But that’s probably because renegade parks aren’t built over night, ya know?

I cant emphasize enough on how important it is to stretch properly. Also, make sure you hydrate yourself before, during and after any vigorous activities.
