Ryan Sheckler skateboarder. Ryan Sheckler is not only a great skateboarder but a celebrity too. He was born in San Clemente CA and started skating at the age of 6. Ryan turned pro in 2003 after winning the X Games, Gravity Games, Vans Triple Crown, and Slam City Jam. His sponsors are; Plan B, Etnies, Volcom, Silver, Bones, Mob, CCS, Nixon, Oakley, Red Bull, and Kicker. In 2004 Ryan was named the World Cup of Skateboarding’s National Street Champion. In 2005 he was again named it and the AST Dew Tour Athlete of the Year. Sheckler has been in 3 movies and has his own reality TV show called Life of Ryan on MTV. His favorite things to skate are Street, ledges, and flat ground, despite what most people see him skate. Ryan has proven to be one of the most consistant skateboarders out there and has had a tremendous winning streak. Just don’t say, “This kid is no joke”, he doesn’t like that.
